- Nothing to join. There is no monthly fee, no listing fee, and no setup cost. You pay a 15% commission on each order, and you keep the rest.
- Weekly, through Stripe, straight to your UK bank account. A typical first payout lands within seven days of your first completed order. Every statement shows what came in and what was deducted, in plain English.
- If an order is refunded or charged back, only your share of that order is adjusted or recovered, never more. When it happens after you have been paid, we show the running balance in your dashboard and net it against your next payout, so there are no surprises.
- Yes. You need to be registered with your local authority and hold public liability insurance. We check your Food Standards Agency hygiene rating during signup.
- The dashboard speaks nine languages: English, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Twi, Turkish, Polish, Somali, and Arabic, with right-to-left support for Arabic.
- No. A phone is enough to receive and accept orders. If you have a thermal printer you can also print kitchen tickets and customer receipts.
